Terms of Service

Who we are

Holdless ("we") is an independent call-assist service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) or any government agency. We call publicly available IRS phone numbers, wait through the menus and hold, and arrange for the IRS to call you back. The IRS provides free assistance directly at irs.gov and 1-800-829-1040.

The service

• We redial the IRS and hold for as long as it takes.
• We text you when we have an estimate of the callback time.
• The IRS calls you back directly. A live agent then picks up.
• We never record the content of your call with an agent.

Pricing and billing

• Your first scheduled callback is free.
• After your free first callback, access is a $39 per month subscription that covers as many callbacks as your case needs until it resolves.
• You can cancel the subscription at any time. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops. We do not refund a partial period.
• Payment card details are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your card number.

Callbacks and refunds

• We do not control when the IRS calls back. It can take a while, sometimes not until the next day.
• The IRS tries you up to 3 times, about 10 minutes apart, then gives up.
• Keep your phone close. If you miss all 3 attempts, the callback is used up and cannot be refunded.

Acceptable use

You agree to give accurate information, to use the service only for your own IRS matters, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the phone number you give us and for being available for the callback.

No guarantee

We cannot guarantee that the IRS will answer, schedule a callback, or resolve your matter. We provide the service "as is," to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for outcomes that depend on the IRS.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the "last updated" date above when we do.
